THE COMPANY:

Our client works with a science-led global healthcare company, who research and develop a broad range of pharmaceutical products and are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join their busy team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the National Account Director the main responsibilities include:

  • Execute the Trade Marketing Plan for the client
  • Attend customer meetings and ensure the client and their suppliers are kept up to date with Trade Marketing executions
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content in line with the Trade Marketing strategy
  • Keep all team members informed of activity within the client base with a particular focus on activities that may impact the business
  • Coordinate projects ensuring successful fulfilment and completion, i.e. meeting all deadlines, pricing and budgets constraints
  • Be responsible for ensuring all client expectations are delivered and responded to
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal client groups to ensure the smooth running of the product delivery
  • Troubleshoot client issues as they arise to achieve a win/win outcome

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 3 years of working in a Trade Marketing position
  • Solid understanding of POS and print production process is essential
  • Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assimilate systems and process
  • You will be highly competent in use of MS Office products and general office procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills in PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign will be highly desirable
  • Must have a current driver's license
