Account Manager - Promotional Marketing

An exciiting opportunity  for an experienced Senior Account Executive or Account Manager for a 3-month contract (starting late May) with the potential to become a permanent part of a boutique marketing agency in the Northern Beaches.

The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, ambitious and most importantly passionate about marketing and wanting to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key support to the account management team and client campaigns

• Building strong relationships with the agency team, clients and external suppliers

• Support with estimates, purchase orders and invoicing

• Assist with researching, quoting and idea generation for campaigns

• Manage campaign premiums, prizes and travel

• Social media content creation and scheduling

• Assist with office administration and ensure smooth running of the agency

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years’ experience within an agency environment

• Ability to follow direction and self-manage

• Curiosity to continually ask questions and find out more

• High attention to detail with excellent proof-reading skills

• Time management and prioritising of tasks

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Financial understanding

• Ability to build strong relationships
