THE COMPANY:

Our client is a premium global brand and a leader in high-end robotic and battery-powered equipment for lawn and garden care for both professional and domestic use. They're looking for a Brand Manager to join their growing team and help launch new robotic products into the market.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Deliver strategic marketing plans, marketing, and advertising campaigns and monitor the success of those campaigns
  • Develop brand/product positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics
  • Development of creative design for product promotion, direct-selling, retail, and internal communications materials
  • Translate the data, brand elements, and findings from the sizing market project and formulating these into plans and go to market strategies
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver effective sales & marketing materials
  • Finalise production of all artwork and documentation by ensuring quality and consistency of artwork and copywriting accuracy of all print-based, digital, and brand marketing communications materials
  • Participate in competitive analysis, forecasting, and analytics
  • Support with the marketing budget, manage external agencies & help plan, arrange & participate in promotional events, trade shows etc

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5+yrs experience in product, marketing and or brand management, and a tertiary qualification/Degree in Marketing and or Communications
  • Expertise in brand development, product or innovation launches, insights gathering, including knowledge of digital marketing, content development with the ability to establish and maintain best practices
  • Strong track record driving profitable growth through brand development in complex, multi-layered sales channels
  • Proven communication skills, both written and oral including the ability to edit and improve copy for marketing materials, programs, events and promotions, as well as to inform and influence senior-level leadership
  • Ability to manage a budget, execute multiple projects at once, meet deadlines and ensure positive ROI on assigned programs and initiatives
