THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global leader in audio solutions for gamers and the corporate world. They are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join the team in Sydney.

THE ROLE:

The Channel Marketing Manager for ANZ is responsible for local channel and trade marketing execution and will be supporting sales on how best to facilitate growth and retention in their distribution. The main responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong relationships with their partners and ceate individual marketing plans for their partners. Ensure all partners are kept informed, engaged and excited about product launches, brand and collaboration
  • Liaise with local sales on how to support growth and retention through channel/trade and customer lead generation campaigns
  • Support the sales funnel with trade activities including: focus days, trade sales floor events, incentives, promotions etc
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials and ensure all campaigns are rolled out in the channel
  • Ensure ROI on channel initiatives are improved, evaluated and reports collated from their partners on all activities
  • Be the brand ambassador in the channel, ensuring material developed by partners are according to brand guidelines
  • Manage the local marketing budget for channel and trade
  • Develop local channel and partner strategy with the global and regional marketing teams and provide input in the development of global marketing campaigns

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years Channel Marketing and Trade Marketing experience preferably in the Retail/IT/Gaming sector
  • The ability to work and manage channel partners
  • Experience in digital marketing and events management is essential
  • You will need to be willing to travel within Australia and New Zealand
  • Have strong stakeholder management experience across all levels
  • The ability to work independently is a must
  • Have a broad view and understanding of how brand, digital, advertising, channel marketing works together in a B2B environment
