You will be joining a growing multi national organisation which operates in 2 major sectors; buying group management and sales channel management across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The organisation has gone through a recent restructure and is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join the Head of Marketing and team to continue to create powerful and consistent narrative that underpin the strategic and operational business objectives.
You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, exceptional spelling, grammar and English language skills. You will be comfortable as a senior writer / editor, with proven experience in writing content for blogs, social media, email, digital flyers, marketing collateral, and consumer catalogues. From a corporate B2B perspective you will be facilitating community engagement and increasing the overall awareness of the brand; writing and creating evolving content for the corporate website, social media sites, corporate literature and brochures. You will also work with diverse category groups and the wider marketing team to proof-read, edit and develop B2B and B2C taglines and titles. The role will also manage content for internal and external communications for industry events, consumer catalogues, flyers, web copy, marketing campaigns, case studies, newsletters and collateral, ensuring all content has a consistent tone of voice, style and quality. The Content Marketing Specialist will own all external communications both promotional and informational. There is an educational piece involved too - you will be expected to guide and mentor the wider business on effective writing and communications.

You'll thrive on partnering with designers that will make it all look good and a supporting digital team that will make it all happen. Writing is your core craft, what you live and breathe, your style will be wring in short punchy format! Someone with experience writing short format, rather than long wordy essays is exactly what this role is asking for. An understanding of digital platforms and previous experience in the retail marketing industry will be an advantage.
