I'm looking for a Customer Planning & Insights Specialist for a 3 month contract. You get to manage data everyday delivering insight led activities and reporting that inform marketing, cx strategies and product development. You'll be joining the central marketing group of the world's largest independent automotive services sector.
Responsibilities will be planning, executing and measuring all customer communications across online and offline channels - driving brand awareness,consideration and preference to building customer relationships. Using existing customer experience programs and partnerships, you will deliver insights that inform marketing and cx strategies (owned & earned) and product development.
Key outcomes will be to:
- support the sales and services teams to develop and implement customer satisfaction optimisation strategies for the network
- distribute optimised reports that provide quality data flow and knowledge, building insights and implications for the marketing, sales and broader business stakeholders
- provide customer feedback & insights to inform & guide product planning, marketing communication (including retail & pricing) and digital & cx journey activities and optimisation
To hit the ground running, you will bring 3+ years in a customer centric / client facing role. You will show confidence in using excel, reviewing and analysing data via online dashboards and cross-tabulation tools. Ideally you will have previous experience using research methodology; pertaining to NPS and insight generation.
