Digital Marketing Manager

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a swimwear company and has a vision of creating every Woman's ultimate staple bikini. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the CEO, the main responsibilities include the following:

• Manage, implement and execute all marketing processes including developing the marketing calendar, maintain and update the website, manage the brand, create EDM and social media campaigns
• Manage external relationships including all agencies and manage cross-promotions in digital, design, print, social & PR activities
• Develop, publish & maintain content on all relevant social media channels and keep up to date with emerging platforms that would enhance the brand's online exposure
• Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to help improve the online customer experience
• Follow emerging digital trends to identify new strategies to improve the online experience
• Work closely with existing partnerships and develop affiliate relationships to enhance the brand's reach
• Use all quantifiable data to project new marketing strategies and ensure each objective has an ROI attached
• Manage the internal marketing team and ensure all work is being implemented and executed on time

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or business and at least 4 years of relevant experience, ideally from a retail and or fashion background
• Social media experience is a must, and paid advertising & SEO is desirable
• You will need to have a strong understanding of ROI and base your strategies on this
• Strong design experience and a keen eye for detail is a must as well as strong written and verbal communication
• Previous management experience is required
