Are you a Senior Generalist Marketer looking for a new start for 2020? An exciting opportunity presents itself for a Group Marketing Manager to join a well established diversified multinational group. This is a key newly established role, responsible for managing the strategic planning, implementation and measurement of all marketing activity for the groups dealerships. Dealerships supporting a prestigious automotive portfolio. The role is essential to generate dealership and product awareness, to educate, promote and help to achieve business goals and targets. The role is also responsible for managing, developing and strengthening the functions and operations of the Customer Development Centre.

This role is fast paced, fun and challenging as the business moves through a period of growth. You will be supported and led by a highly experienced Hd of Operations who puts professional and personal development of his people at the heartland of the groups success. There is a fantastic recipe of success to leverage off from the Brisbane business and the ongoing support of a sound and experienced team of automotive marketing specialists.

You will be a seasoned brand oriented marketer with sound experience in the retail sector. Key to this role will be your relationship management skills, bringing together and building a united marketing team, developing an annual marketing strategy that supports business goals for all brands. This includes a focus on retail activity, events, launches, corporate marketing and promotional activity. At the core will be your development of the call centre to deliver a customer experience that is both on brand and that delivers excellence, positioning themselves as the best automotive retailer in the country.

This role will suit a marketer with 3 -5 years management experience within a retail environment, ideally automotive or luxury. You will demonstrate excellent relationship management skills, at the forefront, being the ability to lead and motivate a team whilst promoting a positive work ethic. Achievement oriented, you will drive the business forward using strong strategic capability and sound commercial actions.
