THE COMPANY:

Our client is part of a world-leading hearing healthcare group that offers solutions and services to help people with hearing loss. They are looking for a Marketing Specialist, Digital Content & Lead Generation on a contractual basis.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Senior Digital Acquisitions Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage lead generation through digital affiliate channels and look after 3rd party partners to ensure execution plans meet quality lead forecasts
  • Lead generation through additional partner channels such as outbound telemarketing via cold partner databases
  • End to end campaign management including writing briefs for 3rd parties/internal key stakeholders, setting up tracking, API set up and internal creative approvals to ensure legal and clinical compliance
  • Proactively identify techniques to optimise digital lead generation and database capture
  • Work closely with the Contact Centre to ensure generated leads are managed effectively
  • Support the Senior Digital Acquisitions Manager with social media responses and initiatives and work closely with the social media agency

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a lead generatioan role and have strong stakeholder management skills
  • You will need to be a digital guru and keep up to date with the latest trends
  • A strong understanding of data drives and how it will impact the business
