Our client is made up of a team of individuals with a shared goal of delivering exceptional travel experiences that make a positive difference. They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engagement Analyst to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Platform – CRM (based in London) and the Marketing Director locally, this role provides a key regional team presence to support and engage the business.  It is responsible for the technology and operational efficiencies across some of the best travel brands in Australia. The main responsibilities include the following:

  • Engage with key stakeholders in the region, to communicate the global roadmap and understand business challenges & initiatives relating to the company's tech stack with the CRM platform, Salesforce at the core

  • Train call centre, sales and marketing staff on the use of the marketing and CRM technology products

  • Operate some marketing and sales technology products as an administer

  • Analyze and identify requirements and opportunities to drive business value from the system that can be included in global releases

  • Design and manage internal workflows and data governance processes in the region and in line with global standard

    Monitor data quality in the technology products

    Integrate local marketing technology products with non-marketing systems

  • Support the marketing teams to drive insight and segment the Salesforce data

  • Support the regional brands with building email workflows that originated in Salesforce and Journey Builder and create web capture forms, integrating them to Salesforce workflows and triggered emails

  • Perform local data privacy and compliance reviews of marketing technology products

  • Implementation of the global tech stack architecture with regional nuances in mind

    Be the local subject matter expert on Salesforce and other key marketing, sales and contact centre systems

    Ability to analyse complex data from the CRM system and tech stack, analyse and report to key teams


  • The ideal candidate will have a  minimum of 4 years CRM and data management experience

  • You will need Marketing Cloud suite experience and Cloud SaaS development methodology

  • Have had exposure to software development methodologies - Salescloud

  • Understand complex data structures and Salesforce automations

  • Excellent knowledge of both Salesforce Lightning and Classic functionalities and processes

  • Support transition to operations phases of new development / projects

  • Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalisation experience

  • Understand Marketing Cloud analytics and how they might support the customer journey
